Session Workspaces is a Chrome extension that lets you save groups of tabs as named workspaces and restore them later. This policy explains what data is used and how it is handled.
The extension stores data only on your device using Chrome’s storage API. It does not require an account, does not send your browsing data to our servers, and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
To provide its features, the extension uses these Chrome permissions:
Tab information is used only for the save and restore features you trigger. It is not collected in the background for other purposes.
The following may be stored locally via chrome.storage.local:
This data stays in your browser profile. Uninstalling the extension removes it, subject to Chrome’s normal extension data behavior.
The extension does not contact our servers. Favicons shown for tabs use the icon provided by Chrome for that tab when available. Template links (for example, mail or calendar URLs) only open when you choose to use a template that includes them.
The extension is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this page if the extension’s behavior changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when that happens. Continued use of the extension after changes means you accept the updated policy.
